What hours is the gym open?

Monday to Friday from 6am to 10pm, Saturday from 8am to 8pm, and Sunday from 9am to 6pm. We open through Lebanese public holidays — the only exceptions are Christmas Day and New Year's Day.

Do I need to be experienced to train here?

No. Every membership starts with a free walk-through of the gym floor with a coach, a movement screen, and a body-composition scan. From there, you can train solo, with a partner, or with one of our personal trainers — your choice.

What strength equipment do you have?

Olympic lifting platforms with bumpers and a full bar selection, plate-loaded and selectorised strength machines, a free-weight floor with dumbbells to 50 kg and multiple racks, plus a functional turf area for sled work, sandbags, and conditioning. Cardio deck includes treadmills, bikes, rowers, ski ergs, and stair climbers.

Is there a personal trainer available?

Yes. Our PT roster ranges from physique-focused coaches to certified strength-and-conditioning specialists. PT sessions are booked in 10- or 20-session packs, and we match you to the right coach based on your goals after a short call. Contact reception for pricing and availability.

How busy does the gym get at peak hours?

Our floor is laid out so you train, not wait. Peak hours are typically 6–7am and 6–8pm on weekdays — even then, there are multiple racks, benches, and cardio machines so you rarely queue. Off-peak (10am–4pm) is virtually empty.

Do you offer fitness assessments or testing?

Yes. Every member can book a body-composition scan and a coached movement screen. For athletes and serious trainees, we offer lab-grade performance testing on request — the same methodology used with national-level athletes by our founding team.

What's included in a gym membership?

A single Performance First membership unlocks the gym floor, the 25m indoor pool, group classes (HIIT, spinning, yoga, boxing, mobility, and more), and the sauna and jacuzzi.
