The indoor pool is a 25-metre semi-Olympic, four-lane heated pool, open every day of the year. The outdoor pool opens from mid-May through mid-September and includes sun loungers, a jacuzzi, a cafeteria, and a view over Beirut.
Yes. The indoor pool is maintained at training-comfortable temperatures throughout the year. A lifeguard is on duty during opening hours, and an attached jacuzzi is available for warm-down.
Open-lane sessions for adults don't need a booking — just show up. Coached lap sessions, kids' swim school classes, and family-swim slots are scheduled and bookable through reception or WhatsApp.
Our swim school runs four levels mapped to ability, not age. We start with Floaters (water comfort and breathing), then Beginners (front crawl and kickboard basics), Intermediate (all four strokes), and Advanced (stroke refinement and pacing). Each term ends with a parent debrief and a progression card.
Members can bring guests on a day-pass basis — ask reception to add a guest to your account. The summer outdoor pool also offers day passes and seasonal pool-only memberships for non-members.
Yes. Aqua conditioning runs as a low-impact, water-based group class — ideal for joint-friendly cardio, rehab from injury, or anyone wanting a break from the gym floor.
A swimsuit, a towel, and (for hygiene rules) a swim cap. Lockers, hair dryers, and shower facilities are on-site. Goggles, kickboards, and pull buoys are available at reception if you forget yours.
