Small-group sessions on professional reformers. Two levels — beginner and intermediate. Five seats per session. 5–6 classes a week. Private sessions on request. You actually get coached.
Foundations of reformer work — posture, breath, controlled movement. No prior pilates experience needed. You learn the machine, the cues, and the basics that everything else builds on.
Deeper coordination, strength on the reformer, longer sequencing and harder spring work. For students who have the basics down and want to be challenged session after session.
Capped for quality — you get hands-on cues every session.
Morning and evening slots across the week. Predictable, repeatable.
1:1 reformer with one of our certified instructors when you want focused work.
Trained on classical and contemporary reformer methodology.
Programs targeting deep core, posture and spinal health.
The mobility & control offset to your strength work. Members bundle both.
The studio is built around professional reformers — mirrored wall, golden light through the windows, plant-filled backdrop. Capped class sizes mean every spring tension, every cue, every correction lands on the right student.
Real reformer machines — not stripped-down at-home kit. Spring loaded, footbar adjustable, every accessory available.
Programs targeting alignment, deep-core stability and long-term joint health — built on classical and contemporary reformer methodology.

Yes. Level 1 (Beginner) is built for first-timers — you'll learn the reformer, the cues, and the foundations of breath, posture, and controlled movement. No prior pilates experience is needed.
A reformer is a spring-loaded carriage on tracks — it adds resistance, range, and feedback that mat pilates simply can't. The result: deeper core engagement, faster postural change, and exercises that scale precisely to your level. It's the format used by physiotherapists, dancers, and athletes for a reason.
Five. Every class is capped at five seats so every spring tension, every cue, and every correction lands on the right student. You get hands-on coaching, not a follow-along video.
Form-fitting workout clothes (loose clothing snags on the springs and footbar) and grip socks. We have grip socks available at reception if you don't own a pair yet — they're yours to keep.
Two sessions a week is the sweet spot for most people — enough to see measurable improvements in posture and core strength, without compromising your gym or class schedule. Many of our members bundle reformer with their full PF membership and split their week between strength training and pilates.
Yes. Private reformer sessions with one of our certified instructors are available on request — ideal for post-injury rehab, prenatal/postnatal work, or anyone who wants focused 1:1 coaching before joining a small group.
Both. Try a single class first, then choose a 5- or 10-class pack, or bundle reformer with your full PF membership for the best per-class rate. Talk to reception for current pricing.
